InherentIdentifier	An identifier for an inherent.

RuntimeDebug
RuntimeDebugNoBound	Derive `Debug`, if `std` is enabled it uses `frame_support::DebugNoBound`, if `std` is not enabled it just returns `"<stripped>"`. This behaviour is useful to prevent bloating the runtime WASM blob from unneeded code.
